the doctor was in town over the weekend. we met up with becka and had a bit of dinner at lovely day. the night then took us to mike's house where we talked about the old neighborhood over some blue note jazz. we then got in to a game of hold 'em poker and managed to make a large bottle of bushmill's protestant whisky disappear over a couple of hours. becka won the game, and i passed out on the couch. woke up in bed sunday morning and went to kenan's to record some music. then he got the flu
